Hospital Joya Cancún fue inaugurado el 06 de diciembre del año 2022, siendo el primer hospital de tercer nivel estamos ubicados en el kilómetro 13 de la zona hotelera de Cancún; somos la primera Institución en salud de ser reconocidos por la SECTUR al cumplir con los estándares establecidos a seguir para la atención a mercados turísticos especializados.
Nos enfocamos en brindar servicios médicos con altos estándares de calidez y calidad humana. Nuestro moderno Hospital cuenta con tecnología de punta en equipamiento médico, con personal bilingüe capacitado para una correcta atención a nuestros turistas y población local de esta ciudad de Cancún.
The medical building of Hospital Joya Marina was inaugurated on November 23, 2000, being the first third level hospital in a tourist destination and the only one certified in the region. It is the first institution capable of offering integral medical services located in the city of Puerto Vallarta, extending its services in the region of Bahía de Banderas.

Our Hospital has 24 rooms with ocean and/or lagoon views, 2 master suites and 22 junior suites, equipped with: automatic bed for the patient (with anti-mite protection), sofa bed, television with cable service, internet, air conditioning, full bathroom and closet, amenities (soap, shampoo, body cream, personalized slippers, etc.).

En Hospital Joya Cancún, contamos con instalaciones para brindar atención médica ante cualquier urgencia; contamos con salas completamente equipadas, con médicos urgenciólogos bilingües las 24 horas los 7 días de la semana. Al ser un Hospital que brinda atención al turista nos comprometemos para ofrecer altos estándares de calidad y calidez a cada uno de nuestros pacientes.

Cuidados Intensivos
En Hospital Joya Cancún se cuenta con la unidad de cuidados intensivos con una capacidad para 6 pacientes y 2 aislados de ser necesario; en esta unidad se facilitan la atención a los pacientes que por su condición y situación crítica necesitan cuidados especiales 24/7, garantizando la seguridad a estos, en los momentos más complicados y con personal médico capacitado y equipamiento de alta especialidad.

Quirófanos
We have three operating rooms, a toco-surgery room and a minor procedures room; during our operation a total of 240 surgeries of various specialties have been performed in the last three months of 2024, including 2 thorax surgeries (cardiac by-pass) with state-of-the-art medical facilities to ensure proper patient care. .
Neonatal Intensive Care
We understand the importance of providing a high quality service and warmth to each of our little patients, therefore, Hospital Joya is prepared with a neonatal intensive care ward, in order to provide the care required by our patients, it has 4 neonatal intensive care beds and a specialized medical team (neonatologists), which ensure timely and effective care.
Clinical Laboratory
We have a 24-hour clinical laboratory for the attention of any request that is important for the diagnosis of our patients.
Blood Bank
Hospital Joya Cancun has strategic alliances with the most important Blood Banks in the Municipality of Benito Juarez (Cancun), with the ease of obtaining different blood products for timely care of our patients who require it.
